The Odd Gathering is being convened to honor and foster magic. While the focus is on Story and Bizarre magic, all are welcome to attend.
Space is limited to 30 magi
2017 Gathering will be held starting April 28th with registration sign in starting at 4:30 PM at the barbeque through Sunday April 30th.
Location will be at 36 Cameo Drive, Livermore for Friday dinner and the Hawthorn Suite Hotel in Livermore Ca.

Room rates are about $99 per night Tell them you are with the Odd Gathering please. Ask for the AAA rate.
There are other hotels in the area with lower rates should you have budget issues. You may contact me for more info if needed.

We desire all to have a weekend of time well spent in camaraderie and fun, as well as learning
Cost to Attend is: $150 per Magi
$100 per Non- magi S.O.*
* Significant Others will be included in the Friday dinner and are welcome to attend the Evening show and Iron Magi contest.
Something to sell? We will try to make space for you in the meeting room back table. No extra fee. We may ask you to be compact and share space, what you do in your room is up to you!
To join us, please fill out and return by mail the attached form. In the event of more than 30 applications, postmark will determine attendees- others over the number will be returned.
Plan to arrive Friday for opening festivities and food. If you arrive earlier there are interesting things to see and do in the area, including wine tasting. Let us know if you plan to arrive early and we can help arrange what interests you.
Nearest Airport is Oakland, Ca. Amtrak service to Livermore ACE station, and Oakland Jack London Square. Local BART station is Pleasanton/Dublin, Let us know if you will need a pick up from any of these.
If you need to ship items to be at the event, let us know, we will provide a local point to ship to.
